摘要
CBAF工艺装置的关键参数主要是水力停留时间、曝气量、碱渣进水浓度、反冲洗周期、进水pH值等。本文对这些工艺参数在CBAF工艺中对碱渣处理效果的影响进行研究,在现有的处理条件下,得出最终工艺条件为:气水比为48∶1,总停留时间为13.5h,稀释比约为11∶1。在该条件下,CBAF工艺能稳定、高效地净化该碱渣废水。
Hydraulic retention time, aeration rate, inflow concentratin of alkali residue, back wash cycle, outflow pH .etc. were key parameters of CBAF process unit. In this paper, the effects of these process parameters on alkali residue treatment in CBAF process were optimized, the final process conditions under the existing treatment were: the gas-water ratio was 48:1, the total residence time was 13.5 h, dilution ratio was 11:1. Under these conditions, CBAF process could purify the alkali residue wastewater stably and efficiently.
