资源拼凑视域下的区域创新创业资源整合机制

The Regional Innovation and Entrepreneurship Resource Integration Mechanism from the Perspective of Bricolage

基于创新创业新理论之资源拼凑视角,论述了资源拼凑理论对区域创新创业的意蕴,指出区域创新创业资源拼凑的现实困境:资源不对称性、主体的效能不足、制度供给无法匹配现有需求、软环境的硬伤。构建了区域创新创业资源整合机制:建立区域性双创资源联结交互网络,开发多样化的区域性双创拼凑模式,细化不同创业主体拼凑实施的孵化策略,明晰特色的垂直双创行业,完善区域创新创业支持体系。

From the perspective of resource bricolage theory,the implication to regional innovation and entrepreneurship is discussed,and four dilemmas of resource integration are pointed out:resource asymmetry,efficiency insufficiency,system supply insufficiency,and the soft environment flaw.The integration mechanism of regional innovation and entrepreneurship resource is put forward:building the network connection,developing diversified bricolage modes,refining incubation strategies,clarifying vertical entrepreneurship,and improving the support system.
