边远民族地区基层文艺团体生存发展现状的调查——以必背镇“瑶家乐”演出队为例

An Investigation on the Status Quo of the Survival and Development of Grass-roots Literary and Art Groups in Remote Ethnic Areas——Based on the Example of the “Yao Jia Le” Performers of Bibei Village

通过实地调查、收集资料,分析了广东省韶关市乳源瑶族自治县必背镇基层文艺团体"瑶家乐"演出队的生存发展现状及存在的问题,并针对问题提出了相应措施与发展策略,以期打破现实僵局,拓展边远民族地区基层文艺团体的生存发展空间,更好地服务于边远民族地区基层民众生活,促进边远民族地区基层文化持续健康发展。

The status quo and problems of the "Yao Jia Le" Performers of Bibei Village in Shaoguan City,Guangdong Province are analyzed through on-the-spot investigation and data collection.It puts forward corresponding measures and development strategies for the problems,with a view to breaking the deadlock of reality,expanding the survival and development space of grass-roots literary and art groups in remote ethnic areas,better serving the people's lives in these areas,and promoting their sustainable and healthy development.
