十八大以来高校新型智库建设的理论认知日益深化,新型智库建设成绩显著,但是高校新型智库建设在体制机制、研究咨询组织、营运管理方面也积累了不少问题。这需要从进一步提升政治站位,完善高校新型智库建设政策环境,增强资源供给,采取重点建设重点突破的战略路径,加强智库的专业化和精益化管理等方面入手改进,持续提高高校智库的治理绩效。

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the theoretical understanding of the construction of new-type think tanks with Chinese characteristics in colleges and universities has been deepened step by step and the achievements of the construction of new think tanks have been remarkable. However, in recent years, many problems have accumulated in the construction of new think tanks in colleges and universities in terms of institutional mechanism, research and consultation organizations, operation and management. It is necessary to further promote the political attitude and political position, improve the policy environment for the construction of new think tanks in colleges and universities, enhance the supply of resources, and grasp the key points in strategic planning. Only by building several key think tanks, and by strengthening the specialization and lean management of think tanks, can we continuously improve the governance and management performance of think tanks in colleges and universities.
