基于CAE技术的汽车夹具设计中定位误差建模分析

摘要 在汽车夹具设计中会受到小扰动和非线性力学特征的影响,从而产生定位误差。为了降低定位误差,提出一种基于CAE技术的汽车夹具设计中定位误差建模法。在采用分段连续切割方法进行螺旋面磨削处理及非共轴螺旋加工方法进行误差反馈调节的基础上,利用CAE技术建立刀齿微元随动分析模型,根据刀齿微元在单位时间步长进行成形加工设计,从而实现定位误差的自动修正。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行汽车夹具设计中定位误差建模的准确性较高,误差较低,提高了汽车夹具设计的精密度水平。 The positioning error is caused by small disturbance and nonlinear mechanical characteristics in the design of automobile fixture.In order to reduce the positioning error,the modeling method of positioning error in automobile fixture design based on CAE technology is put forward.The spiral surface grinding of automobile fixture is carried out by means of piecewise continuous cutting,and the error feedback adjustment is carried out in the design of automobile fixture by non-coaxial spiral machining,and the motion track of the milling of automobile fixture is analyzed.The positioning error correction in automobile fixture design is realized by using CAE technology.The tool tooth micro-element follow-up analysis model is established.According to the tool tooth micro-element forming design in the unit time step,the automatic correction of positioning error is realized.The simulation results show that the accuracy of positioning error modeling in vehicle fixture design is high and the error is low,which improves the precision level of automobile fixture design.
