论传承和弘扬中华传统美德的机制和对策

要让传承和弘扬传统美德的时代工程真正得以开展,就不能只是空喊口号、只说不做,必须要“知行合一”,其关键就是要明确传承和弘扬传统美德的机制和对策。有效的传承和弘扬机制,除了自身的内在修养层面即“立己”的内在机制之外,离不开传承和弘扬美德机制的外在层面即“立人”的外在机制,具体营建奖励惩罚机制、教育导向机制、考试普及机制和躬行实践机制,其实质就是希望通过利用社会整体的优势和力量,为传统美德的生长和运作创设最好的条件。在营建传承和弘扬机制的同时,再结合为传承和弘扬美德提供法律支持或制度保障、注重日常的礼貌训练、建立学校与社会美德联动记录跟踪管理系统、鼓励全民诵读国学经典、重视书画教育等具体举措,让传统美德真正溢满人间。

In order to carry out the era project of spreading traditional virtues,we must not only shout slogans,but also integrate knowledge with practice.The key is to make clear the mechanism and countermeasures of spreading traditional virtues.Effective dissemination mechanism can not be separated from the external aspect of disseminating virtue mechanism,i.e.the mechanism of “conducting oneself”,besides its internal self-cultivation level,which is the mechanism of “perfecting oneself”.Specifically,it builds incentive and punishment mechanism,education-oriented mechanism,examination popularization mechanism and practice mechanism.Its essence is to hope that by utilizing the advantages and strength of society as a whole,it can contribute to the growth and development of traditional virtue.Operation creates the best conditions.While building and activating the dissemination mechanism,we should also take specific measures such as providing legal support for the dissemination of virtues,paying attention to daily courtesy training,establishing a tracking management system for the linkage between schools and social virtues,encouraging the whole people to recite Chinese classics,and paying attention to painting and calligraphy education,so as to make the traditional virtues truly overflow the world.
