Research on Enhancing Soft Power on the Part of Counselors from Universities of Applied Sciences in the Era of "Internet +"

辅导员是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,应在高校转型发展过程中发挥独特作用。文章以软实力为切入点,以应用技术大学辅导员队伍建设为研究对象,通过探讨“互联网+”时代应用技术大学辅导员软实力的新内涵,进而提出强化其建设的时代应对路径,主要包括两个方面:辅导员主体的系统架构、学校客体的制度安排。

Being an important part of the college staff members, counselors should play a unique role in the process of university transformation and development. With soft power taken as the starting point and the construction of counselors from the universities of applied sciences chosen as the research object,the paper discusses the new connotation of the counselors’soft power in the era of "Internet +", and puts forward relevant suggestions to strengthen its construction , mainly including two aspects: the system structure of the main body of the counselors and the institutional arrangement of the school authorities.
