基于安全发展与需求的高职校企合作的有效路径探讨——以江苏安全技术职业学院专业建设为例

Probe on the Effective Path of Higher Vocational College-Enterprise Cooperation Based on Safety Development and Demand——A Case of the Specialty Construction of Jiangsu College of Safety Technology

《中国安全生产人才中长期发展规划(2011—2020年)》提出,到2020年,安全生产人才总量需求将达到806万。而目前,企业生产与管理严重缺乏专业化职业化安全人员。作为全国仅有的四所以“安全技术”命名的高职院之一,江苏安全技术职业学院从安全发展与安全需求的角度,从坚持“三个导向”、突出“三个重点”、建好“六个载体”的路径,推动“安全+专业”特色人才培养与产教融合型企业发展紧密对接,真正实现校企双主体育人模式,使安全类人才培养数量实现最大化,形成高校出人才,企业用得上,区域离不开的良好格局。

The Medium and Long Term Development Plan for Safety Production Talents in China (2011-2020) proposes that by 2020, the total demand for safe production talents will reach 8.06 million. At present, there is a serious lack of professional safety personnel in the production and management of enterprises. Jiangsu College of Safety Technology, as one of the only four safety technology higher vocational colleges in China, promotes the close link of “specialty + safety” characteristic personnel training and integration of production and education from the perspective of safety development and safety needs, and from the paths of adhering to the “three orientations”, highlighting the “three priorities” and building the “six carriers”, so as to realize the dual-subject education mode of schools and enterprises, to maximize the number of safety personnel training, and to form a good pattern for the talents from universities, enterprises and regions.
