多元教学方法在“人员素质测评”课程中的运用

摘要 传统课堂教学方法在“人员素质测评”课程中已经面临挑战,课程内容和当下学生特点都要求课程具有实践性,开展“以学生为中心”的教学和多元教学方法的运用已经势在必行。本门课程为了适应学生的学习特点,对原有教学方式进行改革,根据教学内容采用多元教学法进行教学,对教学目标、教学设计、教学内容等进行重新设计,课堂中发挥了学生的自主学习能力,活跃了课堂气氛,使学生在实践性的学习中掌握了课程的重点和难点,达到了预期的教学目标,也取得了较好的教学效果,文章就改革的教学方法和过程进行介绍,并对教学效果和未来的教学改革提出了建议。 Traditional teaching methods have been facing challenges in the course of "Personnel Competence Assessment". Both the content of the course and the characteristics of students require the course to be practical. In order to adapt to the characteristics of students, multi-teaching method is adopted in teaching, and the teaching objectives as well as the content are redesigned As a result ,the course has played a role in improving students' autonomous learning ability, activating the classroom atmosphere, and enabling students to grasp the key and difficult points of the course in practical learning. This paper also introduces the multi-teaching method and the process of the reform, and puts forward some suggestions on the teaching effect and the future teaching reform.
