摘要
微格教学在教师教育实践活动中一直发挥重要作用,微课以其课程资源情景化、课程教学简捷化、课程效果适时性等特点应用于微格教学,是践行新课程改革理念的客观需求、教师提升专业素质的内在需求和提高师范生从教素养的现实需求。立足于微课及微格教学的含义、特点及关系,微课在教师教育微格教学中存在微课内容选择不当、教学过程程式化、教学方法滞后的突出问题,应从创新教学理念,精选微课内容;提升专业能力,创新微课过程;整合网络资源,灵活微课技巧三个方面加强微课在教师教育微格教学应用。
Micro-teaching has always played an important role in the practice of teacher education. Micro-lesson is applied to micro-teaching with the characteristics of situationalization of curriculum resources, simplicity of curriculum teaching and timeliness of curriculum effect. In accordance with the meaning, characteristics of micro-course and micro-teaching as well as their mutual relation, there exist some overt problems in relation to improper selection of micro-course content, stylization of teaching process and lagging of teaching methods in teacher's education. Therefore, three aspects should be adhered to for strengthening micro-lesson effects in the application of micro-teaching for teacher education.
