Relations Between Loneliness and Social Anxiety for College Students:A Moderated Mediating Model

摘要 大学生的孤独感对其生活学习和心理健康有重要的影响,为探讨大学生孤独感、社交焦虑、社会支持利用度、客观社会支持的关系及作用机制,采用社交焦虑量表、孤独感量表和社会支持量表,对299名大学生进行调查。结果表明:大学生的社交焦虑水平普遍较高,可以正向预测孤独感;相较于男性大学生,女性大学生的社会支持利用度显著更高;社会支持利用度在社交焦虑对孤独感的影响中起到部分中介的作用;客观社会支持对上述中介作用起到调节作用,社会支持利用度的中介效应在高客观社会支持条件下对孤独感的缓解作用尤为显著。 Sense of loneliness plays an important role on college students study and mental health.To explore the relations of college students social anxiety,sense of loneliness,utilization of social support and objective social support and the underlying mechanism,229 college students were measured by the Social Anxiety Scale,UCLA Loneliness Scale and Social Support Scale.Results showed that the level of students social anxiety was generally high and had a significantly positive correlation with sense of loneliness;female students were better at taking advantage of social support than male students;the utilization of social support partially mediated relations between social anxiety and sense of loneliness,and objective social support moderated this mediation effect.The mediation effects were significantly higher when students had more objective social support resources.
