摘要 针对医院信息管理部门工作量化难度大,职工工作积极性不高的难题,设计了一种绩效考核体系,成立包括相关人员代表在内的考核小组,利用关键绩效指标法确定了考核指标,引入滚动优化的方法对指标权重进行调整,该绩效考核体系的实际应用效果显示其能够客观公正地反映职工的工作量,调动了员工的工作积极性,有效地促进了医院信息部门的精细化和规范化管理,从而证明了该绩效考核体系的实用性和科学性。 In view of the difficulty of quantifying the work of hospital information management departments and the low enthusiasm of employees,a performance appraisal system is designed. It establishes an appraisal team including representatives of all relevant personnel,determines the appraisal indicators by using the key performance indicator method,and introduces the rolling optimization method to adjust the weight of the indicators. The practical application of the performance appraisal system shows that it can objectively and impartially reflect the workload of employees,mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,effectively promote the refinement and standardized management of hospital information departments,it proves that the performance appraisal system is practical and scientific.
