摘要
为优化挤压铸造工艺参数,改善铸件的力学性能,选取浇注温度、挤压压力和保压时间作为优化变量,抗拉强度、硬度和伸长率作为响应性能指标,采用响应曲面分析法,建立相对应的预测回归模型并进行方差分析,得出各参数及其交互作用对力学性能的影响。利用Design-Expert软件优化后得到了各工艺参数间的最优组合:浇注温度为750℃,挤压压力为150MPa,保压时间为21.37s。
In order to optimize the extrusion casting process parameters and improve mechanical properties of the squeezing casting parts,the casting temperature(A),extrusion pressure(B)and holding time(C)were selected as the optimization variables,tensile strength,hardness and elongation as response performance indicators.The response surface analysis method was adopted to establish the corresponding predictive regression model and carry out analysis of variance to obtain the affecting significance of various parameters and their interaction effects on the mechanical properties of the squeezing castings.The optimized combination of process parameters was obtained by using Design-Expert software as follows:pouring temperature of 750℃,extrusion pressure of 150MPa and holding time of 21.37s.
