PVP术后应用桃红四物汤治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨PPV术后应用桃红四物汤治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效.方法:将我院骨科2016年5月~2018年6月收治的老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者87例随机分成观察组(n=44)和对照组(n=43),对照组给予常规PVP手术治疗,观察组PVP手术后应用桃红四物汤治疗,5周后比较两组的治疗效果、VAS评分、ODI评分、实验室指标及术后并发症情况.结果:观察组有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);对比治疗后VAS评分和ODI评分,两组评分低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组评分更低(P<0.05);对比治疗后TNF-α和IL-6,两组均降低(P<0.05),且观察组更低(P<0.05);对比治疗后ALP和BGP,两组均升高(P<0.05),且观察组更高(P<0.05);两组术后并发症发生率无显著差异(P>0.05).结论:老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折在行PVP术后应用桃红四物汤治疗,不仅减轻患者疼痛,提高其日常生活能力,改善其生存状态,而且可增加骨钙量,减轻炎症反应,值得临床推广.
