风险社会背景下大型活动安保工作优化路径探析

Optimization of Security Work for Large-scale Events in the Risk Society

近年来国内大型活动面临的风险因素呈现增多趋势,在风险社会背景下,大型活动安保工作的要求更高了。基于防控风险理念,大型活动安保工作需要从多方面进行优化:一是提升情报预警效能,系统开展风险评估;二是加快安保智能化建设,推进安保社会化参与;三是构建突发事件联勤响应机制,搭建业务培训交流平台;四是加强网络空间、新兴业态风险防控。

The risk factors in large-scale events in China have been increasing in recent years. Under the risk society background,higher requests are put on security work for large-scale events, which need optimizing from the following as. pects. First,an early warning mechanism for intelligence should be improved and risk should be assessed systematically. Second,construction of intelligent security work should be accelerated and society participation in security work should be encouraged. Third,a joint response mechanism for emergencies and a communication platform for professional training should be built. Fourth,risk prevention and control for cyberspace and new industries should be strengthened.
