摘要
昆明景成大厦项目基坑施工中,针对软土区土层分布的人工填土、粉质粘土、粉土、泥质碳土有不规律互层、夹层现象且地下水丰富,水量大等施工难点,采用钢管土钉+喷锚与桩锚结合的支护方案解决桩顶位移大的问题,降低了工程成本.
During foundation pit construction of Kunming Jingcheng Building project, some construction difficulties were encountered, such as irregular interbedding and interlining of artificial backfilled soil, silty clay, muddy soil and muddy carbon soil, abundant groundwater and big water flow, etc. Therefore, steel tube soil nail, spray anchor and pile anchor combined support scheme was adopted to solve the pile cap displacement and reduce the construction cost.
