摘要
昆明春之眼商业中心主塔楼每层有6根多腔体多边形超大巨型钢管柱,为保证首节巨型钢管柱和基础锚栓群定位连接精度,在现场定位、钢管桩拼装、吊装焊接等工序制订了正确的施工工艺和质量保证措施,取得了良好效果.
The main tower building of Kunming Chunzhiyan (Eye of Spring) Commercial Center has six pieces of huge multi-chamber polygonal steel pipe columns on each floor. To guarantee the positioning and connection accuracy between the huge steel pipe columns and foundation anchor bolts, correct construction process and quality assurance measures were adopted for such processing steps as in-situ positioning, assembly, lifting and welding of steel pipe pile, achieving favorable effects.
