摘要
昆明春之眼商业中心项目多腔体多边形钢管柱内部结构复杂、空间狭小,导致混凝土无法进行振捣施工.为保证混凝土在一定时间范围内的性能稳定,从源头减少混凝土离析和堵管概率.在混凝土正式浇筑前制作1:1实体模型,通过多次试验确定混凝土配合比及性能参数,保证了巨形型钢柱混凝土施工质量可靠和结构安全.
Kunming Chunzhiyan (Eye of Spring) Commercial Center project multi-chamber polygonal steel pipe column has complex internal structure and narrow space which produced difficulty in concrete vibration. To guarantee the concrete has stable performance within a certain period, the probability of concrete disintegration and tube blocking were reduced from the very beginning. Full-scale model was made before concrete placing and tests were carried out time after time to determine the concrete mixing proportion and performance parameter, and to guarantee reliable quality and structure safety of huge profile steel column concrete.
