摘要
通过对单机架六辊可逆轧机张力计辊出现的问题分析及优化设计,成功解决了生产中张力计辊辊面覆盖油泥、异响及轴承温度偏高等一系列的问题。
By analyzing and optimizing the design of the tensiometer roll of six high reversing mill, a series of problems, such as oil mud covered on tensiometer roll, abnormal noise and high hearing temperature occurred in the production, have been solved.
