快速降解的弹性体(PGS/PCL)人工血管重建肌性功能性颈动脉的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究快速降解的弹性体PGS/PCL人工血管在体内改建为功能性肌性颈动脉的可能性。方法:体外构建PGS/PCL双层人工血管,植入大鼠颈动脉,12个月后取材,对新生血管进行评估。结果:12个月后,PGS/PCL人工血管改建成了与自体颈动脉结构和组织学方面均相似的细胞化的新生血管。结论:PGS/PCL人工血管在体内可以改建成为肌性、功能性的动脉血管。 Objective: To investigate the feasibility of fast degrading and elastomeric PGS/PCL artificial vessel in the reconstruction of carotid artery. Methods:PGS/PCL artificial vessel was fabricated in vitro. Artificial vessels were interpositioned in rat carotid arteries, the results were evaluated at 1 year postoperatively. Results: PGS/PCL artificial vessel remodeled into cellular "neoarteries" approxi mate to native carotid arteries. Conclusion: PGS/PCL artificial vessel can be remodeled into muscular and functional artery in vivo.
