种植钉与多用途弓压低上切牙疗效的Meta分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:比较种植钉与多用途弓压低上切牙矫治深覆[牙合]的疗效。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、EMbase、知网等数据库,收集所有相关文献,按纳入及排除标准进行评估,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:种植钉支抗与多用途弓相比,更有利于垂直向及矢状向支抗维护,切牙真实压入量更多且唇倾更少,但对于覆[牙合]的减少无显著差异。结论:种植钉支抗压低切牙副作用小,但与多用途弓相比在减少深覆[牙合]上无显著差异。 Objective: To compare the clinical effects between miniscrew and utility arch on maxillary incisor intrusion for the correc tion of deep bite. Methods:PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMbase, Sciencedirect, CBM, CNKI, VIP, WanFang were searched on computer to collect relevant studies about the comparison of intrusion effects of miniscrew and utility arch. According to criteria, data were evaluated by 2 reviewers and using RevMan5.3 to perform Meta-analysis. Results:The results showed that miniscrew took the ad vantage of protecting vertical and sagittal anchorage and acquiring lager amount of incisor intrusion and less flaring. However, there was no significant difference between the 2 treatments on decreasing deep bite. Conclusion: The side effects of miniscrew were less but no significant difference was observed on decreasing deep bite between miniscrew and utility arch.
