Er,Cr∶YSGG水激光在根管治疗中一次法和多次法疗效观察

Clinical effect of single- visit and multiple- visit root canal treatment with Er,Cr∶YSGG water laser

目的:探索水激光在慢性根尖周炎及慢性牙髓炎一次法及多次法治疗中的临床疗效。方法:选取牙体牙髓科接诊的患慢性牙髓炎与根尖周炎的单根管各300例患者,分别随机分为3组:A组:采用常规根管预备后水激光再处理根管后进行一次性根管充填;B组:采用常规根管预备后一次性根管充填;C组:采用常规根管预备后封氢氧化钙根管消毒糊剂1周后根管充填。观察比较慢性牙髓炎及慢性根尖周炎3组患者6个月、1年后的疗效。结果:慢性牙髓炎患者6个月治疗有效率分别为98%、99%和98%(P>0.05),1年后有效率分别为99%、99%和98%(P>0.05);慢性根尖周炎患者6个月后复诊A、B、C组有效率分别为97%、89%和90%(P>0.05),1年后分别为99%、89%和90%(P<0.05)。结论:水激光处理一次性根管治疗疗效显著,且可有效缩短患者的治疗时间。

Objective: To study the clinical effect of Er,Cr- YSGG laser with single-visit and multiple-visit respectively in the treat ment of chronic pulpitis and chronic periapical periodontitis. Methods: 300 patients with chronic pulpitis and 300 with chronic periapical periodontitis were respectively randomly divided into 3 groups. In group A conventional root canal preparation and Er,Cr:YSGG wa ter laser were used to deal with the single-visit root canal treatment;in group B, conventional root canal was used for the single-visit root canal filling;in group C, the root canal was prepared and calcium hydroxide was used in the canals for 1 week. The treatment effects were evaluated 6 months and 1 year after operation. Results: For chronic pulpitis the effective rate of group A, B and C was 98%,99% and 98%(P >0.05) at 6-month follow-up, and 99%,99% and 98% at 1-year follow up(P >0. 05), respectively. For chronic periapical periarthritis the effective rate of group A, B and C were 97%, 89% and 90%(P>0.05) at 6-month follow*up, that was 99%,89% and 90%(P <0.05) at 1 year follow up, respectively. Conclusion: Er,Cr:YSGG laser is effective in root canal treat ment and can shorten the treatment time effectively.
