TOP2A基因表达与进展期直肠癌化疗疗效的关系

Relationship between the Expression of TOP2A Gene and Chemotherapy Response in Advanced Rectal Cancer

目的探究TOP2A基因表达与进展期直肠癌化疗疗效的关系。方法所有进展期直肠癌患者术后均行奥沙利铂联合5-FU/CF为主的辅助化疗,采用免疫组化方法检测患者手术所取组织中TOP2A基因表达情况,对患者临床资料、术后近期及远期疗效进行分析。结果 TOP2A基因表达与患者性别组成、年龄、肿瘤大小、浸润程度、病理类型、淋巴结转移等情况均无相关(P> 0. 05)。75例患者均接受化疗后疗效评定,客观有效率为53. 33%,客观缓解率(DCR)为80. 00%;患者TOP2A基因表达情况与DCR相关,差异具统计学意义(P <0. 05)。所有患者均接受随访,生存曲线示TOP2A基因表达阳性患者生存时间显著长于阴性患者(P <0. 05)。结论 TOP2A基因表达与直肠癌化疗疗效相关,表达阳性患者具有更好的化疗效果。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of TOP2 A gene and chemotherapy response in advanced rectal cancer. Methods Patients with advanced rectal cancer were treated with oxaliplatin combined with 5-FU/CFbased adjuvant chemotherapy. The expression of TOP2 A gene in tissues taken from the patients was detected by immunohistochemistry. The clinical data,short-term and long-term curative effect were analyzed. Results The expression of TOP2 A gene was not related to gender,age,tumor size,degree of invasion,pathological type or lymph node metastasis( P > 0. 05). All the 75 patients were evaluated after chemotherapy. The objective effective rate was 53. 33% and the objective remission rate( DCR) was80. 00%. The expression of TOP2 A gene was related to DCR( P < 0. 05). All patients were followed up for 14 ~ 29 months,and the survival curve showed that the survival time of TOP2 A gene positive patients was significantly longer than that of negative patients( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The expression of TOP2 A gene is associated with the curative effect of chemotherapy for rectal cancer,and the chemotherapy response is better in patients with positive expression.
