自体CIK细胞肝动脉灌注联合放化疗对原发性肝癌患者免疫功能及生活质量的影响

Effects of Autologous CIK Cell Hepatic Artery Perfusion Combined with Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy on Immune Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Primary Liver Cancer

目的探讨自体CIK细胞肝动脉灌注联合放化疗对原发性肝癌患者免疫功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取原发性肝癌患者98例进行回顾性分析,按照治疗方法不同分为2组,对照组给予肝动脉介入化疗和三维适形放疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予自体CIK细胞肝动脉灌注治疗。比较2组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗前后外周血T细胞亚群变化情况及治疗后患者的生活质量。结果观察组的有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+和CD4^+/CD8^+水平无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后2组CD3^+、CD4^+和CD4^+/CD8^+显著升高,CD8^+显著降低,且观察组变化更明显(P<0.05)。观察组患者生活质量改善率显著高于对照组(P>0.05)。结论自体CIK细胞肝动脉灌注联合放化疗可显著提高原发性肝癌患者的临床治疗效果,提高免疫功能和生活质量,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To investigate the effects of autologous CIK cell hepatic artery perfusion combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy on immune function and quality of life in patients with primary liver cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 98 patients with primary liver cancer.They were divided into 2 groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with hepatic artery interventional chemotherapy and three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,and the observation group was treated with autologous CIK cell hepatic artery perfusion on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,changes of peripheral blood T cell subsets before and after treatment,and the quality of life of the patients after treatment were compared between the 2 groups.Results The efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+and CD4^+/CD8^+were not significantly different between the2 groups before treatment(P>0.05),and CD3^+,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+were significantly increased and CD8^+was significantly decreased after treatment,and the change in the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).The improvement rate of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Autologous CIK cell hepatic artery perfusion combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy can significantly improve the clinical effect of patients with primary liver cancer,and improve the immune function and quality of life.
