地方民族院校高水平本科教育建设路径探析——以“新时代高教40条”为视角 被引量:3

摘要 在培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的价值取向下,高水平本科教育具有德育为先、学生主动、教师有为、专业一流、方法创新、环境优良、反馈有力的基本特征。地方民族院校本科教育建设实践面临着维护社会稳定的政治任务比较艰巨、学生学习缺乏主动性、教师队伍流失严重、专业特色不显明、教育方法相对落后、封闭式办学、质量意识淡薄的现实困境。这在很大程度上制约着地方民族院校高水平本科教育建设的实效。地方民族院校可以通过加强思想政治教育、促进学生主动学习、提高教师育人能力、彰显专业民族特色、创新教育教学方法、建全协同育人机制、加强质量文化建设七条路径建设高水平本科教育。 Under the value orientation of cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence and physique,the high-level undergraduate education showed the following characteristics: moral education for the first,student initiative,teachers with achievements,first-class profession,innovative methods,excellent environment and strong feedback. However,the undergraduate education of regional colleges for nationalities has the realistic dilemma of the political task of maintaining social stability is arduous,the lack of initiative in students’ learning,serious loss of teachers,no obvious professional characteristics,backward educational methods,lag of cooperative education mechanism and consciousness of quality subject is not strong. To a large extent,it restricts the effectiveness of the high-level undergraduate education construction to regional colleges for nationalities. Therefore,regional colleges for nationalities can construct highlevel undergraduate education by the following 7 means: strengthening ideological and political education,promoting students’ active learning,improving teachers’ ability to educate,highlighting professional national characteristics,innovating teaching methods,building a comprehensive cooperative education mechanism and strengthening quality subject consciousness.
