保障性住房发展面临理念落后、主体单一、手段简单、目标短近等现实困境,难以应对保障对象的多样化诉求。在发展型社会政策视野下,探讨住房保障理念、主体、手段与目标的重塑,以推进住房保障的可持续发展。

The development of affordable housing is faced with such practical difficulties as backward concept, unitary subject, simple means and short goals, which makes it difficult to cope with the diversified demands of the objects of security. In the perspective of developmental social policy, this paper discusses the remodeling of housing security concept, subject, means and goal, so as to promote the sustainable development of housing security.
