角度块是由两相邻工作平面的夹角来确定其角度值的高精度量具,可用于测量角度量具的示值误差,检查角度样块和零件的角度,以及对精密机床在加工过程中的角度进行调整[1]。以非标准型角度块作为研究对象,介绍了角度块的测量方法,探究了角度值偏差的测量方法,分析了角度块的测量不确定度,解决了近年来非标准型角度块无法在传统小角度仪上测量的难题。

Taking a non-standard angle gauge blocks as a research object,this paper introduces the measurement method of angle gauge blocks,studies the measuring method of angle value deviation,analyzes the measurement uncertainty of angle gauge blocks,and which solves the problem that the non-standard angle gauge blocks cannot be measured on the traditional small angle instrument for the past many years.
