Hardware Development of Tractor Safety Controller

为了满足2016年欧盟拖拉机新法规体系要求,开发一种拖拉机安全控制器,能帮助拖拉机获取E-Mark认证证书,取得产品进入欧盟市场资格。该控制器由电源模块、主控芯片模块、驱动模块、信息采集模块和通信模块组成,可实现拖拉机换向机构安全启动、座椅安全启动、驻车制动报警和自动熄火等功能,满足新法规要求,同时还具有和仪表故障信息传输功能。

In order to meet the EU(European Union) new requirements of tractors in 2016,a tractor safety controller is developed,which can help the tractor obtain E-Mark certification and qualify the tractor to enter the EU market.The controller consists of power supply module,master chip module,driver module,information collection module and communication module,and which can help the tractor achieve the function such as reversing mechanism safe start,seat safety start,parking brake alarm,automatic flameout and other functions.At the some time,the controller also has the function of transmitting fault information to the tractor instrument.
