摘要
针对某越野车拖车钩底座质量过大的问题,利用有限元分析和拓扑优化进行轻量化设计。首先对拖车钩底座进行应力应变分析,结果显示最大应力远小于底座的抗拉强度,证明轻量化设计的可行性。然后进行拓扑优化,将优化后的结果进行曲线拟合,形成规则优化边界。将优化后的结果再次进行CAE分析,结果表明拖车钩底座在优化后最大应力与优化前有大幅度的降低,满足可靠性要求,质量减轻实现轻量化目标。
Aiming at the problem that the base of the towing hook in an off-road vehicle is too large,the lightweight design is carried out by using finite element analysis and topology optimization.The results show that the maximum stress is far less than the tensile strength of the base,which proves the feasibility of lightweight design.Then the topology optimization is carried out,and the curve fitting is carried out to form the regular optimization boundary.CAE analysis is carried out on the optimized results again,and the results show that the maximum stress of the towing hook base after optimization is greatly reduced compared with that before optimization,and which can meet the reliability requirements and achieve the lightweight goal with the quality reduction.
