Research progress of mechanosensitive channel proteins

机械敏感通道蛋白是一类在生物体内广泛分布的离子通道蛋白,参与生物体内多种正常的生理过程,其结构异常及功能失调与多种疾病的发生、发展密切相关.研究归纳已知的几类机械敏感通道蛋白及其在生理、病理过程中发挥的作用,并对相关疾病的靶向诊断、治疗的研究进展进行综述,最后展望其在生物医学领域的应用.

Mechanosensitive channel proteins are widely expressed in various biological individuals.They have been proved to participate a large amount of physiological processes,the deregulation of their structure and function has close relationship with the occurrence and development of some diseases.This review summarized the several known mechanosensitive channel protein families and their roles in both physiological and pathological processes.The research progress of these mechanosensitive channel proteins in targeted diagnosis and treatment of diseases were reviewed.Finally,the prospect of application of mechanosensitive channel proteins in biomedicine was discussed.
