Key Points of Stamping Process Design for the Die Bolster Plate

在冲压件的生产地变更过程中,由于设备与模具不匹配,设备T型槽与模具的压板槽间距有时不对应,为了保证生产安全,需要制造垫板,连接模具与压力机滑块,以保证模具安全稳定连接,提供了垫板的设计思路及方法。

In the process of changing the producing area of stamping parts, due to the equipment doesn’t match the die,so sometimes the distance between the T groove of the equipment and the pressing plate groove of the die is not correspond. In order to ensure production safety, it is necessary to make a bolster plate which connect the die and the slide block to ensure the safe and stable connection of the die. This article provides the designing ideas and methods of the bolster plate.
