摘要
大型音响后壳注射模采用大斜顶脱扣设计,使用斜顶顶出塑件时,塑件粘在斜顶,采用二次顶出结构可以解决此问题。塑件把手位置内外都是倒扣的结构设计,外侧倒扣通过定模滑块弹芯,内侧倒扣通过塑件重力脱模,该模具结构设计新颖,具有一定的参考作用。
The large audio rear shell mold use large angle pin release design.When the product uses the angle pin ejection product,the issue of the product sticking to the angle pin is introduced.The necessity and uniqueness of adopting the secondary ejection structure design.The position of the handle inside and outside of the product is the structure design of the buckle.The outer buckle passes through the slide of the core of the fix mold.The inner buckle passes through the product gravity.The mold structure design is special.It has certain reference function.
