一种车门内饰板注射模结构创新设计

摘要 受车门钣金加工精度、门内饰板注塑变形、零部件装配等各种因素影响,通常在各车型试生产阶段,门内饰板与车门钣金周圈存在1~3mm间隙,严重影响内外饰品质感。考虑车门钣金设变成本较高,一般采用门饰板加胶方案来改善间隙。门内饰板加胶在模具上通常有两种调整方案:一种是型腔烧焊,型芯CNC;另一种是型腔不变,型芯放电。型腔烧焊后门内饰板会存在后期皮纹砂眼、皮纹光泽度不一致的风险;型腔不变,型芯放电会导致分型线在产品中间,局部无法做皮纹;不管选方案一还是方案二,门内饰板都存在外观不良问题。为解决上述问题的困扰,找出了一种新型模具结构来代替传统的模具结构,获得了较好的效果。 Affected by various factors such as door sheet metal processing precision, door trim panel injection molding deformation, component assembly and other factors, usually in the trial production stage of model, there is a gap of 1~3 mm between the door trim panel and the door sheet metal circle, which seriously affects the inside and outside sense quality. Considering the higher costs of the design alteration of door sheet metal, the sizing material is added to improve the clearance. There are usually two adjustment schemes for the door trim panel and the glue on the mold. One is cavity welding, the mold core CNC;the other is the cavity constant, the core discharge. After the cavity is welded, the door trim panel of welded cavity will have the risk of inconsistent blister and glossiness in the later stage;while, keeping the cavity in constant, the core discharge will cause the parting line to be in the middle of the product, and the skin cannot be partially peeled. Problems of poor appearance of door trim panels are still remaining in both of the two methods. To solve the above problems, a new mold structure is employed to replace the traditional mold structure, good results have been obtained.
