汽车内拉收手饰盖注射模结构设计与制造

摘要 通过对内拉收手饰盖的形体分析,找出了其形体上弓形高和凸台障碍体要素,凸台和外观要素。针对形体分析要素,制订出了注射模结构方案。以合理设置分型面的位置,解决了弓形高障碍体使内拉收手饰盖滞留在动模型芯型腔中的问题;以斜推杆滑块抽芯兼脱模机构,解决了形体上凸台障碍体对内拉收手饰盖脱模的阻挡作用;在动模型芯中制成凹槽,以成形凸台要素;为了使内拉收手饰盖凹面具有外观的要求,采用了潜伏式点浇口+顶杆流道避免了内拉收手饰盖凹面出现浇口的痕迹。通过上述各种措施的采用,使得加工的内拉收手饰盖能够顺利地成形,并具有靓丽的外观。 Through the analysis of the shape of the inner pull cover,we find out the bow height and protruding obstacle elements,the boss and the appearance elements.According to the elements of shape analysis,the injection mold structure scheme was worked out.In order to set the position of the parting surface reasonably,the problem that the bow shaped high obstacle is left in the dynamic model cavities is solved by the high obstacle of the bow shape,and the blocking action of the punch block and the demoulding mechanism of the inclined push rod slider is solved,and the groove is made in the movable mold core to form the convex platform.In order to make the concave face of the inner drawing hand,the latent point gate+top bar channel is used to avoid the appearance of the gate on the concave face of the inner drawing hand.With the adoption of the above measures,the processed inner hand cover can be smoothly shaped and has a beautiful appearance.
