摘要
为了控制汽车制造的投资成本,以汽车线束类零件为研究对象,对其生产工艺展开研究,分析制造线束的工装模具的成本组成,运用合理的计算方法核算成本,并提出成本控制意见,形成适合线束工装模具的成本分析方法及控制思路,可为线束工装模具的成本核算提供参考。
In order to control the investment cost in auto production,the manufacture process for automobile wire harness was studied,the cost construction of fixture and die was analyzed,estimate its'cost with reasonable method and the opinion on cost control is put forward.Then the suitable cost analysis model and control method for fixture and die of wire harness were set up.It provides a reference for die cost estimation.
