摘要
论述了《压铸工艺及模具设计》课程与国家职业标准对接的思路和方法。通过对模具设计师国家职业标准的研究,对模具企业的调研和分析,构建了符合企业实际工作过程、技能要求以及高职培养目标的课程教学内容,实现了课程与职业标准的对接,解决了高职教学内容与企业实际需求脱节的难题,提高了课程教学质量,可为高职阶段《压铸工艺及模具设计》课程的教学提供了一定的参考。
This paper discusses the ideas and methods of docking the course of Die-Casting Technology and Die Design with the national professional standards. Through the research on the national professional standards of die & mold designers and the investigation and analysis of die& mold enterprises, the course teaching content which conforms to the actual working process,skill requirements and training objectives of higher vocational education is constructed, which realizes the docking of curriculum and vocational standards, and solves the problem of disconnection between the teaching content of higher vocational education and the actual needs of enterprises. It improves the teaching quality and provides some reference for the teaching of Die-Casting Technology and Die Design in Higher Vocational colleges.
