摘要 随着我国的高速发展,面对的环境问题也越来越严峻,抗生素、重金属和各种致病菌等因素给人们的健康造成了严重的危害。同时黑水虻这种昆虫的研究也于今年来在世界兴起,其在垃圾处理问题上展现了极大的优势。本文在梳理国内外文献关于黑水虻针对抗生素降解、重金属富集和各种致病菌抑制的研究,从中可以发现,国内对于黑水虻在该方面的研究仍处于刚起步,在国外针对该方面的研究已经逐渐朝分子机理与代谢通路方面进行了部分研究。总体来看,黑水虻针对抗生素、重金属和致病菌的机理方面,主要是以其肠道菌群起到主要作用,但其体内的免疫系统和代谢系统也起到了至关重要的作用。 With the rapid development of the China, a more seruous environment problem is inelucta. ble. People have been attacked by the antibiotic, heavy metal and pathogenic bacteria. At the same time, black soldier flies had show its powerful potential in waste manage, thus many researches had been done about it in the world. Researches about antibiotic degradation, accumulation of heavy metal and inhibition of pathogenic bacteria by black soldier fly are summarize in the paper, it's found that the research about black soldier fly on those as. pect just is in start in China. However, it's a deeper research in aboard, especially some re. search are done in molecular mechanism and metabolic pathway. In total, the main mechanism on antibiotic degradation, accumulation of heavy metal and inhibition of pathogenic bacteria primarily is owed to its intestinal flora, but its immune system and metabolic system are indispensable.
