绿色发展背景下的广西壮族自治区海洋事业发展

The Development of Guangxi Marine Programs Based on Green Development

为提高广西壮族自治区海洋事业发展水平,充分发挥其在"一带一路"建设中的作用,文章分析广西海洋事业发展的基础条件、制约因素和路径选择。研究结果表明:广西海洋事业发展具有地理位置优越、海洋资源丰富、国家政策支持和信息技术助力等基础条件,但面临港口建设不完善、产业发展不均衡、海洋生态环境破坏和对外合作水平较低等因素的制约;在绿色发展的背景下,广西海洋事业发展亟须落实顶层设计规划、提高港口运输能力、优化海洋产业结构、保护海洋生态环境和增进对外交流合作。

In order to improve the development of Guangxi marine industry and the construction of "The Belt and Road Initiative",this paper analyzed the basic conditions,restricting factors and the development of Guangxi marine industry.The research showed that:Guangxi marine industry has advantageous such as,geographical location,marine resources,national policy and information technology and other basic conditions.However,Guangxi marine industry was restricted by imperfect port construction,unbalanced industrial development,marine pollution and low level of foreign cooperation.According to the Green Development Strategy,Guangxi marine industry was urgent to implement top-level design,improve port transportation,optimize marine industrial structure,protect marine environment and enhance foreign cooperation.
