精神科暴力处理操作流程在暴力行为患者中的应用研究

目的探讨精神科暴力处理操作流程在临床应用效果,为规范临床处理暴力行为提供参考。方法选取我院2016年1月-2017年12月住院病房中有暴力行为的精神病患者200例为研究对象,以"评估-操作-评价"的临床护理操作模式,制定精神科暴力处理操作流程,比较应用流程前后处理暴力行为患者不良事件、保护约束使用、约束时间、患者满意度。结果应用精神科暴力处理操作流程处理暴力行为患者的不良事件,保护约束使用、约束时间、患者满意度均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神科暴力处理操作流程从评估、缓和技巧情绪降温法、控制约束法、事后评估法等方面规范处理暴力行为,能有效降低暴力处理不良事件的发生、减少保护约束强制医疗措施,提高患者的满意度,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of psychiatric violent treatment operation process, and to provide reference for standardizing clinical treatment of violent behavior. Methods To formulate the operation flow of psychiatric violence treatment based on the clinical nursing operation mode of "evaluation-operation-evaluation", and compare the adverse events, protection and restraint use, restraint time and patient satisfaction before and after the application process. Results The operation process of psychiatric violence was used to deal with the adverse events of patients with violent behavior, and the use of protective restraint, the time of restraint and the satisfaction of patients were statistically significant different(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of violence is a special nursing technique in psychiatric department, and the operation flow of psychiatric violence is standardized to deal with violence from the aspects of evaluation, relaxation of skill mood cooling method, control restraint method and ex post evaluation method, effectively reduce the occurrence of violent handling of adverse events, reduce protection and restrain compulsory medical measures, improve patients’ satisfaction, It is worth popularizing in clinic.
