摘要
催化甘油选择性脱水制备丙烯醛是一种较有应用前景的生物质转化反应。反应使用的固体酸催化剂包括无机酸及其盐、稀土焦磷酸盐、金属氧化物、杂多酸和分子筛等。相比于其它类型的催化剂,金属氧化物催化剂表现出更高的稳定性。本文综述了近年来甘油脱水制丙烯醛金属氧化物催化剂的研究现状,简要分析了氧化物催化甘油脱水反应的机理,并提出了存在的问题和未来的研究方向。
The catalytic dehydration of glycerol to acrolein is an important biomass conversion reaction with potential application. Various acidic solid catalysts have been investigated in gas phase dehydration of glycerol to acrolein,such as mineral acid and their salts,rare-earth phosphates,metal oxides,supported heteropolyacids and zeolites. Compared to other catalysts,metal oxides catalysts showed better stability. This paper summarized the research progresses in metal oxides catalysts for the gas phase dehydration of glycerol to acrolein and analyzed the reaction mechanism briefly. In addition,current main problems and future research direction were also discussed.
