“前135年说”论者发现《玉海》“汉史记”条《正义》佚文,宣称是“直接证据”与“确证”,以此定案司马迁生于前135年,乃是伪证、伪考。《玉海》是王应麟的“私撰”笔记,是根据自己的心意来选择内容,“汉史记”条的正文摘自《汉书·司马迁传》,且有讹误,并非出于《史记·太史公自序》,根本不具有版本价值;《正义》佚文究竟出自何处,仍然是一个谜,而前135年说论者编造出自《正义》单行原本、唐人写本、南宋皇家藏书,乃是做伪行为,误导读者,根本无法否定《正义》按语“迁年四十二岁”是讹误的,也无法动摇王国维关于司马迁生于前145年的立论。
