摘要
乳酸菌是定植在畜禽肠道内且具有益生作用的菌群,了解其研究和应用动态,对于畜牧业的发展有重要意义。本文对饲用乳酸菌的生理功能及其在畜禽养殖中的应用研究进展进行综述,旨在为饲用乳酸菌在畜禽和水产动物中的应用提供一定的理论指导。
Lactic acid bacteria (LAB) can be colonized in the intestinal tract of livestock and aquatic animals,and play an important role in maintaining intestinal health.To follow up the latest worldwide advances of LAB research is important for the development of our animal husbandry.This paper summarized the recent advances of LAB application in feed for swine,ruminants,poultry and aquaculture,aimed to provide theoretical support for the development and utilization of LAB in our animal husbandry.
