定向钻进技术在S孔地面预注浆施工中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 为实现冻-注-凿平行作业,霍尔辛赫煤矿进风立井地面预注浆工程采用全S孔方案。通过分析该井地层条件及注浆钻孔设计,提出了该工程注浆孔钻进技术难点及重点层位。注浆孔施工过程中,采用JDT-5A型陀螺测斜仪测斜,并采用合理的钻具组合及钻进工艺参数,确保了钻孔施工质量。钻注施工结束后,井筒掘砌过程中,工作面剩余涌水量小于4m3/h,注浆堵水效果良好。 In order to realize a parallel operation of a mine shaft freezing,grouting and sinking,a full S hole plan was applied to a surface ground pre-grouting project of a mine air intake shaft in Huo’er Xinhe Mine.With the analysis on the strata conditions and the grouting hole design of the mine shaft,the drilling technical difficulties and the key strata level of the grouting holes for the project were provided.During the construction process of the grouting hole,a JDT-5 A mode gyro inclinometer was applied to the deflection measurement of the grouting hole.The rational drilling tools combination and the drilling technical parameters were applied to ensure the hole construction quality.After the operations of the drilling and grouting,during the sinking and lining process of the mine shaft,a residual water inflow in the mine shaft sinking face was less than 4 m3/h.The grouting and water sealing effect was excellent.
