摘要 为克服炸药爆破掘进方式存在的缺点,创新性地应用二氧化碳致裂技术,进行井底煤仓掘进。该项技术具有无明火、安全、高效的特点。试验结果表明:致裂后,煤仓掘进工作面岩石全部松动,致裂深度为1.0m,致裂孔利用率达到91%,致裂影响半径平均为3.0m;致裂后的大块矸石易破碎、易清理,煤仓仓壁未受到破坏。该项技术为井底煤仓掘进提供了新的途径。 In order to overcome the disadvantages existed in the blasting heading method,the carbon dioxide cracking technology was innovationally applied to the coal bunker heading in mine shaft bottom.The technology could have no naked flame,safety and high efficiency as well as other features.The test results showed that after the cracking,the rock in the heading face of the coal bunker was fully loosed,the cracking depth was 1.0 m,the application rate of the cracking holes was reached to 91% and the cracking affected radius was 3.0 min average.After the cracking,the large rock pieces would be easy to be broken and easy to be cleaned.Thus the bunker walls were not failed.The technology could provide a new approach to the heading of the coal bunker in the mine shaft bottom.
