摘要
神火集团新庄煤矿副井井架为橹式箱型斜撑井架,经多年使用,发现其上部向提升机房方向偏移,偏移值最大达358mm,天轮平台处偏移值为235mm,已严重影响提升系统正常运行,给安全生产带来较大的安全隐患。通过全面分析,找出了井架偏移和变形的原因,提出了纠偏加固设计方案。方案实施后,取得预期效果。
The headframe of a mine auxiliary shaft in Xinzhuang Mine of Shenhuo Group was an oar type box mode leaning headframe.After several years of the application,a deviation at the top section of the hoist room was found and the deviation value was 358 mm in maximum.The deviation value at the sheave wheel platform was 235 mm.Thus those deviations were seriously affected to the normal operation of the hoisting system and caused a large safe hidden danger to the mine safety production.With a full analysis,the causes of the headframe deviation and deformation were found and a design plan of the deviation correction and reinforcement was provided.After the plan conducted,an expected effect was obtained.
