摘要
随着煤矿井筒深度的不断增加和井筒断面的不断加大,现有类型凿井井架已经远远不能满足井筒直径在10m以上或井深在1 000m以上的立井凿井施工需求。阳煤集团新景煤矿芦南副立井施工中,采用新型特大型凿井井架,施工安全可靠性得到了提高,施工进度大幅加快,月进尺达到120m,取得了很好的效果。
With a continued increased depth of the mine shaft and a continued enlarged cross section of the mine shaft in the coal mines,the available type mine shaft sinking headframe could not meet the construction requirements of the mine shaft sinking with a diameter over 10 mof the mine shaft or with a mine shaft depth over 1 000 m.In a construction of Lunan auxiliary shaft in Xinjing Coal Mine in Yangquan Coal Group,a new ultra large mine headframe was applied.The safety and reliability of the construction was improved,the construction progress was highly speeded up,the month footage reached 120 mand a good effect was obtained.
