岸边集装箱起重机整机结构线框模型参数化设计研究

摘要 针对岸边集装箱起重机定制化程度高、设计周期短的特征,基于AutodeskInventor分析了岸边集装箱起重机整机线框模型参数化设计问题,阐述了岸桥参数的整理、模型的建立、模型的全参数化,以及整机线框模型在设计仿真一体化中的应用,参数化设计可提升岸桥整机结构设计的效率。 Aiming at the characteristics of high customization degree and short design cycle of quayside container crane,the parametric design of the whole wire frame model of quayside container crane is analyzed based on Autodesk Inventor,and the arrangement of quayside parameters,the establishment of model and the full parameterization of model are expounded,as well as the application of wire frame model in integration of design and simulation.So the design efficiency of the whole structure of quayside crane can be improved.
