摘要
针对岸桥集装箱起重机在单起升系统下使用分离上架起吊2个40ft的集装箱时,吊具易出现扭转、摇摆的情况,设计了一种用于岸桥集装箱起重机的运行小车,小车上布置了起升滑轮组变位及自锁机构,可以改变起升滑轮组在小车上的位置,减缓小车在起制动时的惯性力、风力等对吊具的扭转、摇摆产生的影响,实现吊具的防摇和抗扭。
For quayside container crane,when lifting two 40 ft containers separately on the separate shelves under single hoisting system,the spreader is prone to twist and swing.So a running trolley for quayside container crane is designed.The trolley is equipped with lifting pulley group displacement and self-locking mechanism,which can change the position of lifting pulley group in the trolley,and reduce the influence of inertia force and wind force on the twist and swing of spreader when the trolley starts and brakes.So the anti-swing and anti-twist of the spreader can be realized.
