摘要
分析了自动化轨道式集装箱门式起重机在陆侧交互区实现集卡自动化作业的需求,通过改进现有的集卡引导系统,开发出新型的集卡引导系统,实现对集卡快速、实时精准定位,并结合轨道式集装箱门式起重机自动化控制系统的自动控制技术,实现陆侧交互区的自动化抓、放箱作业,可减少其在陆侧交互区的人工介入时间,提升整体作业效率。
In this paper,the demand of automated rail container portal crane to realize the automated operation of truck in land-side interactive area is analyzed. And the existing truck guidance system is improved and a new truck guidance system is developed,which can realize fast,real-time and precise location of truck. Besides,combined with the automatic control technology of the automatic control system of rail container portal crane,the automatic grabbing and unloading operation in land-side interactive area is realized. It can reduce manual time and improve the overall operation efficiency.
