摘要
齿轮传动中啮合功率损失是其主要功率损失。以大功率船用封闭行星轮系为研究对象,建立了系统纯扭转动力学方程,在只考虑啮合功率损失的前提下,以基于弹流润滑理论的摩擦系数模型为基础,建立封闭行星轮系的效率计算方法,并分析了系统的工况、结构设计参数对系统效率的影响,最后得出了系统各结构设计参数选择原则。
The power of gear mainly loses in its drive. The encased planetary train is taken as object of study in this paper. The pure torsion kinetic differential equations for this system is created. The calculating method for its efficiency is established based on elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory only in consideration of the meshing power loss, and the working condition of this system and the influence of the structure and parameters on the system efficiency are analysed, then, the selection principle for the system structure and parameters is obtained.
